Return and Exchange Policy – Sahlan Store At Sahlan Store, we prioritize customer satisfaction, so we provide a clear and flexible return and exchange policy that guarantees your rights and maintains the quality of our products. Return and Exchange Duration The customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. The product must be in its original condition and the external packaging must not be opened. If the product is damaged upon receipt, the store bears all shipping costs. Return or Exchange Procedure Contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the shipment via WhatsApp: 0590905108. Send: - Product photo - Order number - Photo of the shipping carton cover - Reason for the exchange or return (if any) After reviewing the request, a return slip will be issued, and the representative will contact you to pick up the shipment from the customer. Return and Exchange Fees If the product is in its original condition and the customer wishes to return or exchange it: Return fee: 50 Exchange fee: 50 + 25 shipping fee The fees will be transferred to the store’s bank account. If the product is damaged (damage to internal parts and not the external carton), Sahlan Store bears all costs. (Products are always photographed before shipping to ensure their safety). Damaged Products Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered the customer’s acknowledgment that the product is intact and has not been opened before receipt. If the damage is proven to be caused by the shipping company, the amount will be refunded after collection from the company. Refund Procedure The refund will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the product and verifying its condition. The refund will be made through the same payment method used. In case of payment via Tamara or Tabeer: The refund will be processed through them. The customer bears any additional fees or deductions when transferring the amount. Important Notes Returned products due to damage (damage to internal parts and not the external carton), if found to be intact after inspection and review of the cameras, the return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
